T-Mobile Tech President Neville Ray on how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the way its customers use their wireless plan. Earlier this month, Ray noted that hotspot use by customers was up 60% on a monthly basis, use of educational tools ahead 135%, video game playing 85% higher, and the use of food delivery apps ahead by 23%.
