Jimmy Fallon turned ‘Savage’ and other TikTok faves into cheesy power ballads

When you host a late night talk show and you have a musical outfit as talented as The Roots as your house band, you do fun stuff with music.

Fallon capped off The Tonight Show‘s week on Friday with a little segment in which he and The Roots re-tooled TikTok faves like “Savage” into ’80s “power ballads.” (They sound a little more like ’90s R&B to me if we’re being honest.)
