11 Brands I Wear More Than Any Others in My 30s

Upon recently taking inventory of my closet to see what I need for this coming summer, I couldn’t help but notice how devoted to certain brands I am, but I suppose we all are. As someone who does 99% of my shopping online, I tend to stick to brands that I know will fit and have a quality level that I’m happy with. And now that I’m halfway through my 30s, I think I can figure out whether or not a brand suits my life and aesthetic pretty quickly.

Based on the 11 brands I’ve singled out below, you can probably conclude that my style is on the casual side (I live in the South and work from home), and I prefer mid-range (price-wise) brands that are as classic as they are on-trend. Interestingly enough, some of these brands have been in my closet since my 20s, and I predict some will stay in my closet through my 40s. You’re probably familiar with all of these, but they’re universally adored for a reason—they’re that good.

I love many denim brands, but Levi’s never ceases to amaze me with its fit, quality, and price point, and I just love that little red tab.

Nanushka is well-known for its beautiful, buttery vegan leather, but everything it touches is gold, from outerwear to silky dresses.

Aritzia is my go-to for well-priced, special basics—so much so that I’ve been known to buy my favorite pieces in multiple colors, which is something I can’t say for many other brands.

By Far shoes and bags have been taking up a lot of retail space in my closet since the brand launched, and based on the fact that its offerings get better and better, I don’t expect that to change.

All I’ll say is this: I have a reminder in my calendar to look at Reformation’s new arrivals every Monday and Thursday.

Staud is another brand that I’ve loved from the very beginning. It started with the bags, and now I’m equally enamored with the trendsetting (yet very wearable) clothes.

I wear a piece of Laura Lombardi jewelry almost daily. They never go out of style, and the quality is amazing, especially given the price point.

Re/Done and its bevy of cool-girl jeans are what initially won me over, and now I can’t get enough of the rest of its cool offerings inspired by decades past.

Alo has long been my favorite brand for workout (and lounge) gear. My legging collection certainly wouldn’t be the same without its stylish activewear.

Dôen is my favorite brand for pretty vacation pieces (that are equally great for daily wear). I’m never surprised to see that its collections of breezy dresses and blouses (and perfect sweaters) sell out quickly.

Ganni doesn’t exactly fly under the radar, but with pieces this good, is anyone surprised? I will continue to turn to Ganni for all of the cool Scandi-girl trends.
