Covid exposure at major Sydney vaccine hub

People who visited the Royal Prince Alfred (RPA) vaccination hub at Mallett St in Camperdown on July 6 have been alerted to the potential exposure.The centre is a significant Covid vaccination facility, with hundreds if not 1000 or more people getting jabs there daily. The process begins with a temperature check in an RPA car park then, before being vaccinated, people sit together in an cinema-like auditorium — twice. They are seated with one spare chair between each person. All rows are used.After being immunised, people spend at least 15 minutes together in socially distanced recovery rooms. A message sent on Monday said the Covid-positive person visited the RPA vaccination hub between 9.40am and 11.45am on July 6.
