Apple drops iOS 15 beta 7, iPadOS 15 beta 7; is now the time to install them?

Apple released the iOS 15 beta 7 update as we get closer to the release of the final version of iOS 15. Apple also dropped iPadOS 15 beta 7 for iPad users.
