They likely live in a suburban or rural area in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, or Texas, and their household makes between $80,000 and $125,000. This customer typically has attended some college or has a high school diploma.
Texas Roadhouse is famous for hand cut steaks, dancing servers, and folksy, Texas-themed decor.
Business is booming at the full service casual chain. Same-store sales are up over 80% over 2020, which was of course low because of COVID-19, but they’re also up 21.3% over 2019 levels.
