Gopuff is an online service that delivers thousands of products to you for a nominal fee. From alcohol to electronics to medicine, you can get just about any “everyday” item through Gopuff. It prides itself on its speedy delivery time of 30 minutes (though it’s not guaranteed).

Now, Gopuff has partnered with Chase to give select cardmembers new benefits — namely, $10 in statement credits each month you use an eligible card to make a Gopuff purchase. If you max out this credit each month, you’re looking at $120 in value each year.

The service charges a fee of $1.95 per delivery, or you can join Gopuff Fam and pay a flat $5.95 per month for unlimited deliveries. The minimum order is $10.95, and there’s an additional fee of up to $2 if your order contains alcohol.

Gopuff recently partnered with Hyatt Place to offer guests free delivery in an effort to promote its services. And though it boasts 1,000 areas served, you’ve probably never used the program if you don’t live in a large city. You won’t find Gopuff in most rural areas.

If you use Gopuff regularly, these credits can help offset the annual fees on your Chase card. But there are even a few eligible no-annual-fee cards, like the Chase Freedom Flex℠, on the list.

To receive your monthly credit of up to $10, simply add one of the Chase credit cards listed below as the default payment method of your Gopuff app. You’ll receive the credit automatically when you make a qualifying purchase with Gopuff.

If you’ve got more than one qualifying credit card, you could receive much more than $10 in credits each month — as long as you’re willing to switch your default payment method for each order. I personally have six qualifying Chase credit cards. That’s potentially $60 in monthly Gopuff credit, or $720 in free items each year.

This promotion ends December 31, 2023, meaning you earn these statement credits for over two years.

If you intend to use this benefit, make sure you’re buying directly with Gopuff; any third-party payment, or even mobile wallets like Google Pay, won’t trigger the statement credit. Your refund should appear on your statement within two billing cycles after your qualifying purchase posts.
