  • Dayton, Ohio, realtor Rachel Gannon is a huge fan of the TV show “Friends.”
  • That’s why, when she bought a house in November, she decided to turn it into a near-replica of Monica and Rachel’s apartment.
  • See inside the home, complete with features paying homage to the show, including a mini clawfoot tub, turquoise cabinets, and purple walls galore.
Barring the purple front door, this Dayton, Ohio, home looks pretty normal from the outside.

Inside, however, you’ll find it’s anything but. The home is modeled after an iconic locale from the hit TV show “Friends” — the New York City apartment of characters Monica and Rachel.

Local realtor and “Friends” superfan Rachel Gannon bought the house in November. “There’s nothing I know better than ‘Friends,'” she told Insider.

“I spent most of November and December re-watching the show for the millionth time and taking lots of notes,” Gannon said. “I wanted to find very intricate details that only hardcore fans would recognize and have the very iconic and easily recognizable details in there as well.”

Some of those details include the “Cookie Time” clock-shaped cookie jar and turquoise cabinets in the kitchen.

Gannon also had the walls painted purple after the eye-catching walls in Monica and Rachel’s apartment.

Fans of the show will recognize some of the prints that decorate the walls, including the “Maïna La Voyante” vintage poster seen here.

The signature yellow peephole frame from the apartment is used in Gannon’s house for a clock.

There’s even a red racecar bed as a nod to the episode where Monica buys a mattress from Janice’s ex-husband but a racecar bed is mistakenly delivered instead.

In January, Gannon started listing the home as an Airbnb.

Last week, Gannon listed the home for sale for $162,000. Within a day, she accepted an offer, she says.

“The girl purchasing it is very excited and we are so happy that she is going to enjoy the new home,” Gannon said.

As she prepares to part ways with the house, Gannon says she’s “enjoyed every second” of turning the home into a “Friends” tribute.

She says she’s been floored by the interest in the home since she listed it, both from buyers and other “Friends” megafans.

“I am extremely grateful for all of the attention this has gotten,” she said. “To be recognized for something I worked so hard on is absolutely amazing. This has been a really fun ride.”

There’s just one group of people left that she’s hoping will notice the home.

“My life would be complete if there was some sort of cast acknowledgment about the house,” she said. “If I got one tweet or Instagram post from any of the cast members about the property, I would die a happy girl.”
