LG V50 ThinQ 5G is now receiving its Android 12 update

LG’s mobile division might be dead, but it’s still got some zombie thing going – it promised to update some of its last devices to Android 12 this year, and it’s very slowly delivering on that promise. Following the Velvet and the V60 ThinQ, today the LG V50 ThinQ 5G has started receiving the update to Android 12. This update was supposed to happen by the end of June, but it apparently got slightly delayed.

Sure, Android 13 might be just around the corner at this point, but it’s still commendable to see a company that quit the mobile game not forget its customers from days past. The V50…
