U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell has once again leveraged her courtroom as a political battleground, this time targeting former President Donald Trump in her dismissal of the Proud Boys case.
In November 2023, highly partisan DC Circuit Court Judge Beryl Howell went on an unhinged rant during a speech where she suggested that the country is creeping towards authoritarianism.
Not because of her uber-partisan actions as a lawless judge but because Donald Trump is a tyrant. Got that? Trump, at the time, was a victim of numerous witch hunts and several unprecedented lawfare investigations by far-left judges and radical leftist prosecutors.
Howell was the DC judge overseeing DOJ hitman Jack Smith’s political assassination against President Trump.
It was never clear how she kept her job after her public thrashing of the former president while she was overseeing one of his lawfare cases.
Beryl Howell warned her audience that the country is creeping toward authoritarianism because of Donald Trump and his BIG LIE that the election was stolen in 2020.
Howell was the DC Judge working with hitman Jack Smith in his unconstitutional requests from Twitter-X regarding President Trump’s Twitter followers.
The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that hitman Jack Smith and Obama-appointed Judge Beryl Howell were attempting to cover up the fact that they both suggested Trump was a ‘flight risk’ to justify the nondisclosure order on X/Twitter.
The search warrant was so secret that Trump didn’t even know Jack Smith issued a subpoena for his records.
Biden’s corrupt Justice Department obtained a nondisclosure order that prohibited X from informing Trump about Jack Smith’s subpoena.
Attorney Mike Davis previously described Howell’s destructive:
- She is a highly partisan actor.
- She’s an Obama judge.
- She used to work as a Democrat staffer on the Senate Judiciary Committee for the chairman, Patrick Leahy.
- She was a former federal prosecutor with Loretta Lynch and Andrew Weissmann.
- She co-authored a legal paper with Andrew Weissmann from the Mueller probe.
- She supervised the Mueller probe.
- She’s been the harshest sentencer of January 6 defendants.
- She even pressured the DOJ to sentence them more harshly!
- She seized a congressman’s phone, which was overturned by the DC circuit.
- She made Trump’s attorneys turn over attorney-client privilege records and didn’t give them time to appeal before she made them turn them over.
- And now – she’s going after Twitter with illegal warrants with Jack Smith to get all these records that the government is not entitled to have.
- She is a left-wing activist.
In December 2023, Judge Beryl Howell unilaterally decided that Rudy Giuliani was guilty of defamation against two Georgia election workers after he was late turning in a financial statement in the case.
Rudy never had a trial. He was never able to put up a defense. Then Beryl Howell and a court of DC leftists ordered Rudy to pay $148 million as penalty.
Beryl Howell also sent dozens of J6 defendants to prison the last four years. As you know, over 1,000 of the defendants were peaceful and their crime was walking into the open doors on the US Capitol that day.
Beryl Howell is a very wicked, angry person.
Earlier this week, Beryl Howell lectured President Trump after he pardoned and commuted the sentences of all of the J6 political prisoners.
Howell berated President Trump and lied about January 6 protests in her dismissing charges for two protesters Nicholas DeCarlo and Nicholas Ochs.
Who the hell does she think she is?
Reuters reported:
“No ‘process of national reconciliation’ can begin when poor losers, whose preferred candidate loses an election, are glorified for disrupting a constitutionally mandated proceeding in Congress and doing so with impunity,” Howell wrote in the order.
“That merely raises the dangerous specter of future lawless conduct by other poor losers and undermines the rule of law,” the judge added.
A White House proclamation announcing the pardons said the action “ends a grave national injustice that has been perpetrated upon the American people over the last four years and begins a process of national reconciliation.”
When will this woman face consequences for her disgusting behavior?
Beryl Howell should face the same sentencing that she doled out against innocent Americans.
