Sephora’s “Just Dropped” tab is a constant conveyer belt of beauty candy if, like me, your upper intake limit simply does not exist when it comes to product. (Especially new ones!) As an editor, it’s kind of my job to stay on top of what’s freshly launched and exciting in the world of beauty, but I’d be monitoring the retailer’s new releases whether I was obligated to or not. The passion runs deep, friends.
Lately, there’s been an especially great crop of new beauty things at Sephora, so I thought I’d spotlight 20 that not only have super high ratings despite how recently they’ve dropped, but that I feel highly confident in recommending to you. The rating: 4.7/5 stars, 50 reviews. Sol de Janeiro is known and loved for their ultra-moisturizing skin (and hair!) elixirs that have the added benefit of smelling absolutely heavenly. This new launch is designed to not only hydrate your body from head to toe, but utilize key ingredients like a Guaraná Caffeine+ Complex, microalgae extra, and Brazilian Olive Oil to noticeably tight and de-puff the skin.
The rating: 4.8/5 stars, 186 reviews. The gone-viral Instant FIRMx collection from Peter Thomas Roth has a new kid on the block, and thus far, the reviews are raves. Inspired by the poreless, airbrushed look of a filter, this multi-tasking face primer helps tighten, firm, and blur the look of fine lines and pores for flawless-looking skin.
The rating: 4.5/5 stars, 151 reviews. When is a launch from Selena Gomez’s line Rare Beauty, not a banger? People are freaking out over the brands’s glistening new highlighter, and we already know it’s destined to become a TikTok sensation. (Think glass-like—versus sparkly—complexion results!)
The rating: 4.9/5 stars, 51 reviews. If you’re someone who’s after the appearance of thicker, and impressively voluminous hair, you’re looking at your newest best friend in the hair department. Courtesy of JVN, this clean, luxe hair foam works beautifully on all hair types, and is super-lightweight with zero crunch or crispiness. (Two of our biggest gripes when it comes to hair foams and mousses!)
The rating: 4.7/5 stars, 256 reviews. Ilia can do no wrong in our eyes—each and every launch seems to be better than the next. The people are currently going wild over the brand’s lates installment, this brightening eye cream that serves as a gentler alternative to retinol thanks to its plant-based DNA.

According to the brand, this hair serum (which you apply to your scalp) is clinically shown to increase hair density by up to 3x after 16 weeks of consistent use. It’s a unique, ultra-concentrated cocktail of follicle supporting ingredients like copper peptides, zinc, and a unique microfluidic technology. All of that, with a side of caffeine, CoQ10, green coffee oil, and biotin.
The rating: 4.8/5 stars, 68 reviews. Skin barrier-boosting products are the name of the game right now in the beauty industry. Sephora shoppers seem to be especially obsessed with this new moisturizer from Dr. Jart+ which combats stubborn dryness, dullness, and the loss of bouncy elasticity no matter your skin type. (Psst! You’ll also love quick absorption and cushiony finish!)

The rating: 4.9/5 stars, 34 reviews. Hourglass’s lipsticks just hit different, and this new satin cream number is no exception. In addition to the gorgeous color range, the formula utilizes vegan waxes, mango seed butter, plus argan and avocado oils to lock in chap and flake-resistant hydration.
The rating: 3.8/5 stars, 164 reviews. If you’re on TikTok, you’ve likely already witnessed the frenzy this new foundation from Makeup by Mario has excited. Breathable, buildable, luminous, and long-wearing, it’s become the most exciting foundation launch of the year thus far.
The rating: 4.6/5 stars, 303 reviews. We would snap up this rosy blush in a heartbeat before even seeing the impressively high ratings. So pretty! Not to mention, it’s infused with a flower extract blend and available in both diffused satin and diffused matte finishes. Pick your poison!

Concealer that you can see is a hard no in our book, and the fact that this one from Ami Colé—a clean beauty brand that celebrates melanin-rich skin—is so blendable and natural-looking (while having high impact in the blurring and brightening departments) explains why it’s quickly amassed a cult-following.
The rating: 4.6/5 stars, 32 reviews. You might associate Dior first and foremost with makeup, but don’t sleep on the designer brand’s skincare. This potent serum smooths the appearance of wrinkles (in four hours or less!) and also helps to correct uneven ton in the skin, visible pores, and the loss of elasticity which happens as we age.

Juicy fruit fragrances are having a major moment in the perfume industry right now. And while this new cherry take from Tom Ford hasn’t accrued many reviews just yet, I have it on good word (aka word from me and my scent-whispering colleague Katie Berohn) that this will be one of *the* most major launches of the year. And yes, it smells just as absurdly good as it sounds. (Think Morello cherry punctuated by jasmine and musk.)
