Ever in tune with the latest trends, singer, designer and documentary series star, Victoria Beckham emerged this week styling a trending draped dress whilst out for lunch in Nottinghill in London.
Though Beckham’s style is right up to speed with the latest trends, she will forever be a ’90s girl in hearts, so we were pleased and surprised to spot her styling a quintessentially throwback draped dress on her return from Paris Fashion Week in London. As Y2K style reigns supreme, the trending cowl-neck has been spotted on all of our favourite influencers, as well as in the windows of our tried-and-true high street stores as of late.
Bringing her look up to 2023, Beckham wore her head-to-toe black ensemble with oversized shades and a small black handbag. Fitting in another nostalgic reference, the former Spice Girl wore her dress with a favourite shoe styles of hers: the peep-toe boot. Part of previous Victoria Beckham collection, the peep-toe shoe extends up the leg for a thigh-high finish.
Never one to underdress, Beckham’s lunch-time look was accessorised with dainty drop earrings and her hair was loosely tied back in a low pointy tail to allow the details of the dress to shine through. Though Beckham’s dress is from her own brand, and sadly sold out, high street stores have plenty of offerings in the flattering cut. From H&M to Mango and Zara, shop our edit of the best draped dresses below.
