Three Amex Hilton credit cards have brand new welcome bonuses — and they’re worth potentially more than anything previously offered by these cards.
That’s saying something — these card bonuses have recently been as high as 180,000 Hilton points after meeting tiered minimum spending requirements. Insider estimates Hilton points value to be 0.5 cents each in travel, making a 180,000-point bonus worth $900 in travel.

With these new bonuses, it’s possible to receive $1,400 or more from a single card thanks to the addition of what Insider considers to be one of the best deals in travel: A Hilton Free Night Award. However, these offers will end on March 31, 2022, so you’ve got very little time left to apply.
Here’s what you need to know.

You can redeem a Free Night Award at just about any Hilton hotel on earth (with a handful of exceptions) — even five-star resorts that cost up to 150,000 points per night. If you were to use your certificate at one of these hotels, this bonus could easily save you thousands.
For example, the Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, costs 95,000 points, or $1,000+, per night. With 130,000 Hilton points and a Free Night Award, you could book two nights here and receive a value of $2,000+ during your vacation.

Bottom line
The
American Express allows you to receive the welcome bonus on each credit card once. If you have (or have had) one of the above cards, you won’t be eligible to earn this new bonus. But holding one card doesn’t prohibit you from opening the other cards.
