It’s Starting to Get Too Hot for Sweatpants—Here’s What I’m Buying Instead

OSTN Staff

One 85-degree day last week, I looked down and realized I was wearing heavyweight sweatpants. Sure, I was staying indoors working all day, but the sun was beating in through the windows, and it was hot. This was not helped by the fact that I was wearing the aforementioned sweatpants. At the same time, sweatpants are the most comfortable thing on the planet, so what to possibly replace them with?

This is far from rocket science, but sweatshorts and bike shorts, with their comfy material and wonderful elastic waistbands, are the obvious replacement. And brands such as Nike, Reformation, and Lou & Grey are fully stocked with them. Hello, cute stretchy shorts. Goodbye, sweaty sweatpants predicament. Keep scrolling to shop my favorite pairs before they sell out (just like all the sweatpants that came before did).

Reformation is always reading my mind.

Here’s the matching sweatshirt for the complete set.

Nothing is softer than Lou & Grey’s Signaturesoft fabric.

The bow is a very cute touch.

This pair is selling out left and right.

Yours truly already purchased this pair.

I can’t get enough of Donni’s elevated loungewear.

I love the longer length on these.

These are 50% off, so there’s that.

I’ve put these in more stories than I can count lately.

Simple, in the best way possible.

Just wait until you feel how soft these are.

I imagine many stylish influencers are wearing these at home.

Into this dreamy print.

You can never go wrong with Outdoor Voices.

These might even motivate me to do some more at-home workouts.

I’m 5’4″ and think these would be the perfect length.

Cute with all those white ribbed tank tops you’ve acquired.

I’m a sucker for a subtle camo print.

Next up, the $3 item fashion girls are wearing at home.
