Borat is back…just in time for the U.S. election. Sacha Baron Cohen’s wildly popular 2006 character will return for a sequel that finds him once again enmeshed in American culture during the COVID-19 pandemic and leading up to Nov. 3, 2020.

Cohen released the trailer shortly after Amazon Prime was confirmed to distribute the film but with no specific date. The trailer shows Borat returning to the United States to find a husband for his daughter, and quarantining in the meantime with people who believe Democrats are deadlier than coronavirus. Read more…
