The model and socialite posted pictures of a gathering that included her dad Billy Brownless and her mum Nicky’s partner Garry Lyon.Former best mates Brownless and Lyon fell out in 2016 after it emerged the new relationship had started.Five years later their families were together for Christmas.“It was really nice, everyone was there so it was a really special day,’’ Brownless told the Herald Sun.

“It worked really well and that was all very positive.“I think we’re all happy and happy to be all together. It was a great day. We were all really excited about that.”Brownless and her siblings Ruby, Oscar and Max were also there and last year were able to spend quality time together through the COVID-19 crisis.“We really enjoyed it and made the most of it,’’ she said.“My grandma was with us, Oscar was in Queensland with Geelong for the footy and Ruby and Max and I got that time together which was really nice.“Ruby’s boyfriend Josh (Wallis) has a house up there (near Byron Bay) and they kindly said stay there for a bit. My grandma and I stayed on and she’s 75 so she’s in a vulnerable category so she stayed with us.”Brownless is back in Melbourne and looking forward to attending the Australian Open along with Neighbours star Bonnie Anderson, stylist Lana Wilkinson and businesswoman wife of Geelong star Tom Hawkins, Emma Hawkins.

Melbourne-made vodka Grainshaker has signed a three year deal as a new major partner of the Australian Open, with the four girls forming part of the inaugural “Grainshaker gang” who will host VIPs across the two weeks.They all checked out the Grainshaker pop up behind Movida in the city, operating for the duration of the AO.The partnership will be launched next week with a private dinner curated by George Calombaris.“I love the tennis and I’m excited to go to events and catch up with people again,’’ Brownless said.
