Man sues Apple after the battery on his iPhone 6 explodes causing injuries

An Apple iPhone 6, purchased in unknown condition in 2018, exploded allegedly due to a defective battery resulting in injuries to the owners eyes and wrist. Today, a lawsuit was filed seeking class action status.
