The pop star’s new lawyer has filed legal documents revealing the name of the individual the pop star wants to manage her conservatorship.TMZ reports that Spears’ new legal representative, former federal prosecutor Matt Rosengart, will first try and remover her father Jamie Spears from the controlling legal arrangement, and then make a full case to end the conservatorship completely. It came as Britney and Rosengart said Jamie was ill-equipped to manage the singer’s business affairs as it had “struggled financially under his leadership”.Court document obtained by TMZ state that Britney finds the conservatorhsip “traumatising, insane and depressing”, describing her the relationship with her father as “venomous”.“It impairs Ms Spears’s mental health, her wellbeing, and her ability to pursue and continue with her extraordinary career,” the documents said.Meantime, Rosengaft has requested that the judge who is overseeing Spears’ case appoints accountant Jason Rubin to manage Spears’ finances and act as “power of attorney”.This would allow him to also manage her healthcare, TMZ reports per Page Six.The singer’s father, Jamie, is currently the court-appointed co-conservator in charge of his daughter’s multimillion-dollar estate, while a social-welfare worker handles personal issues such as her health.Spears has repeatedly called her father’s legal control on her life “abusive” including during a virtual court appearance in June in which she demanded the judge arrest him.The star recently won the right to a private lawyer, Rosengart, who vowed to help his client free herself of the legal chains.The lawyer indicated that Spears’ bid to remove her father from the current arrangement would be the subject of a court hearing on December 13.Meantime, new court documents showed just how much of Spears’ fortune her father is managing.The Toxic singer’s cash assets are valued at $2.7 million and non-cash assets are worth more than $57 million.
