TSMC 5G iPhone roadmap: 5nm chips this year, 3nm chips next year

The Apple iPhone 14 series, expected to be released next year, will be powered by the A16 Bionic chipset built using TSMC’s 3nm process node. The A15 Bionic will be built using an enhanced 5nm process node.
