A two-minute teaser for And Just Like That was released today ahead of its double-episode premiere on Binge on December 9, showing Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis reprise their roles as New York besties Carrie Bradshaw, Miranda Hobbes and Charlotte York, who are all now in their 50s.Willie Garson, who died in September aged 57, also appears briefly in the teaser, with his character Stanford Blatch seen giving Carrie a friendly kiss on the cheek. It is not known how Garson is being written out of the show, after he died halfway through filming the 10-episode revival.Stream And Just Like That on BINGE from December 9. It’s claimed her character – Samantha Jones – is now based in London.Elsewhere, we see shots of Carrie cuddling up to her husband, Mr Big (Chris Noth), despite rumours they are set to split during the series.Notably, at one stage a serious-looking Carrie is seen staring at her ‘Carrie’ necklace in the mirror, which she bought many years ago while shopping with her best girlfriends. Long-time viewers will know the necklace’s significant to Carrie, as a symbol of her glory days being single in the Big Apple.Charlotte appears happily in love with her husband Harry Goldenblatt (Evan Handler), while Miranda is also seen with her husband Steve Brady (David Eigenberg) despite moaning about how hard relationships are.We also get a glimpse of Cattrall’s various replacements, including actresses Sara Ramírez, Sarita Choudhury, Nicole Ari Parker, and Karen Pittman. The last time we checked in with the SATC crew was in 2010’s Sex and the City 2, which massively bombed among critics despite a decent box office performance. The first two episodes of And Just Like That premiere on Binge in Australia at 7pm AEDT on December 9. The following eight episodes will drop weekly on Thursdays.
