At 10am on Wednesday morning, just four sites across the metro region were at capacity while others were reporting signficantly shorter wait times.That’s compared to the same time on Tuesday when 12 sites started to turn away.It comes as 40,127 new cases and 21 deaths were reported in Victoria on Wednesday.The number of active cases has swelled to 209,715.
