I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day and didn’t recognise it as me first of all. (Son) Eric was in hysterics.”But Cowell insisted those days were behind him. “Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.”Cowell also opened up about the big diet change that led to his recent weight loss, insisting that from now on he’ll never eat sugar, dairy or gluten again.“Cutting all that out is what has made a difference, genuinely.“I looked at a picture of myself from four years ago and thought, ‘Oh Christ.’ The diet I had then … phew.
