Canalys released its full Q1 2022 global smartphone shipments report and the numbers show Samsung once again stood atop the charts. The South Korean conglomerate managed 73.7 million shipments during the January – March period and secured 24% of the global smartphone market share. A total of 311.2 million smartphones were shipped for the period which is 11% less than the same time last year.
