The glamour model who made scandalous headlines three years ago after a relationship with NRL player Josh Reynolds, has just returned from intense training in LA.The Melbourne based brunette will fight influencer Papi Katarina at the Pretender to Contender: Winner Takes All match at Melbourne Pavilion on May 14.“In the past I feel I was unfairly treated and very misunderstood,’’ Del Busso said.“I’ve taken it with a grain of salt and moved forward. Mentally it took a toll but I’ve been so driven and feel physically ready.“I’m confident and I’ve got an amazing support team behind me. “It’s potentially a new career change. I’ve been doing modelling for nine years now, with boxing I have a bit more clothes on, but it’s a unique sport and if you put your mind to it you can achieve anything.”The boxing event, which is hosted by Team Ellis Gym, will be headlined by The Block’s Luke Packham and former Bulldogs star Clay Smith, with Josh Packham also on the card.
