Rampolla, a certified clinical sexologist from Puerto Rico, opened up about how the show comes together during an interview with HIT WA Breakfast with Allan and Carly on Wednesday.“I don’t do the casting … I get to interview the possible candidates, even before they’re officially cast, I do pre-interviews,” she explained.“Once they’re actually cast, that’s when we (the experts) look at who the participants are going to be, then we do the matchmaking.”Rampolla, who’s nominated in the Most Popular New Talent category at this year’s Logies, also took a cheeky dig at the controversial 2022 MAFS cast.“I trust at face value that (the contestants) tell me the truth, and then, you know, if they don’t …” she began, before host Allan Aldworth interrupted: “Yeah, then the last season happened!”Rampolla agreed: “Yeah, then the last season happened.”During the interview, the MAFS star also weighed in on Olivia Frazer’s recent decision to open an OnlyFans account, despite being accused by viewers of “s**t-shaming” fellow participant Domenica Calarco for doing the same thing.“Were you shocked when she (Olivia) got an OnlyFans account?” host Carly Portch asked.“I guess, good for her,” Rampolla replied. “I think, really the process of being in the experiment … and what the participants do with that, in terms of what they do with their life, and what they learn and maybe don’t learn, is part of the growth that we oftentimes see with the participants. So I hope for the best for her – and everybody else.”Frazer officially launched her OnlyFans account last month amid a cheating scandal involving her boyfriend Jackson Lonie. The 28-year-old former teaching student signed onto the X-rated site just days before Jackson, 30, was filmed kissing Hannah Hughes, 20, at a Melbourne club. She reportedly made $10,000 in the first 12 hours with roughly 100 new subscribers.Last week, Frazer furiously slammed radio hosts Kyle and Jackie O after they mocked her move to the X-rated site on air.The KIIS hosts had fellow MAFS stars Ella Ding and Domenica Calaraco on their show last week, and during the segment they played footage from Frazer’s OnlyFans content with Lonie.Making reference to Frazer “j**king off” her MAFS co-star, Kyle revealed that he had not paid to see the couple’s subscriber-only explicit content.“I’m not paying. It gets sent in,” he told his guests.Hours later, a visibly upset Frazer blasted Kyle and Jackie O in a series of furious Instagram stories. She told her followers she was “Wondering why Kyle and Jackie O thought it would be a good idea to distribute mine and Jackson’s private video that is meant to be protected from behind a paywall and shame us for it and make fun of us for it?”“Don’t you think that’s a bit hypocritical? Like, isn’t that why everyone hates me? Because I allegedly did that? I didn’t, but that’s what people think I did. Isn’t this hypocrisy at its finest?”She added: “I’ve barely survived MAFS and I don’t need to be shamed and have more hate and vitriol perpetuated towards me, especially from arguably one of the biggest shows in Australia! What is wrong with people?“I’ve had enough … please, just give me a break.”
