Anthony Hess, 43, appeared in Melbourne’s Magistrates Court on Wednesday after he was arrested as part of a joint Australian Federal Police and Victoria Police investigation into an alleged drug ring accused of attempting to import up to 15 kilograms of drugs from the United States and Europe.Mr Hess has entered no pleas to the attempt to import charges, which relate to 4kg of meth, 4kg of cocaine and 1kg of ketamine.His case returns to court in September and he will remain remanded in custody until that time.Mr Hess is the sixth person to be arrested in relation to the alleged drug ring, which has so far led to the seizure of 35kg of cocaine.The police operation has so far seized 35kg, including liquid cocaine hidden in markers and mini-smoker machine flown into Melbourne.Mr Hess came to public attention previously after he was convicted of a foul-mouthed graffiti attack on Sydney PR queen Roxy Jacenko’s office.After first denying the attack and saying “gays don’t do graffiti”, he was fined $2400 for intentionally marking a premises without consent in for writing “Roxy is a c***” on her office building in 2020.Mr Hess, who boasts that he’s a “hot mess” on Instagram, left Australia last year after a dispute with ex-bikie boss Toby Mitchell and falling out with former Married At First Sight contestant Stacey Hampton, who allegedly told Mr Mitchell that Mr Hess had called him a dog.He returned to Australia in January this year after travelling to Colombia for corrective cosmetic surgery.
