The Most Glamorous Red Carpet Looks From the 2022 Venice Film Festival

No offense to the Oscars and the Met Gala, but there’s something about a European film festival that just oozes high-octane glamour we don’t see elsewhere. I reveled in all the red carpet looks from Cannes back in May, and now the Venice Film Festival has officially arrived.

Cartier is the festival’s main sponsor, so naturally the brand’s ambassador Emma Chamberlain was in full regalia for her Venetian debut. Jodie Turner-Smith, Julianne Moore, and Tessa Thompson were among the other standouts on day one of La Biennale di Venezia. Scroll down to see the best red carpet looks.
