“Where’s Jackie?” – Biden Asks Referring to Rep. Jackie Walorski Who Recently Died in a Car Accident (VIDEO)

Joe Biden on Wednesday delivered remarks at a White House conference on hunger, nutrition and health.

Shortly after walking on stage, Joe Biden pointed at random people and yelled, “Don’t jump!”

79-year-old Biden slurred and mumbled his way through his speech.

At one point Joe Biden asked, “Jackie are you here? Where’s Jackie?” referring to GOP Rep. Jackie Walorski who recently died in a car accident.

Yikes.

A tribute to the late Congresswoman Jackie Walorski was played shortly before Biden took the stage on Wednesday.

Someone should have reminded Biden that Walorski passed away last month.
