Them’s Fightin’ Herds DLC Character Stronghoof Announced; To be Released in Spring 2023

We know the story by now. A few months ago, Them’s Fightin’ Herds revealed that a season pass was in the works, which would include four brand-new characters joining the roster. The first of these characters was Texas, a bull that hits really hard and is a heavy fighter. Now, during Frosty Faustings XV, Mane6 has announced a new fighter that will join the roster this Spring: Stronghoof.

You can watch the reveal trailer for Stronghoof below:

Stronghoof doesn’t have a voice as of yet. However, we already have gotten a glimpse at this character’s playstyle through the trailer. This new character looks to be on the heavy side much like Texas. However, unlike the aforementioned, Stronghoof’s fighting style seems to revolve around using magic weapons made out of crystals.

You can see how in the trailer, the character unleashes various attacks with various weapons, all made out of crystal. You can see him conjure a battleax, a dagger, a greatsword, a round shield, a lance, and a hammer. We also saw a glimpse of one of Stronghoof’s super moves before the trailer ended.

Stronghoof will come with the addition of a new stage and a lobby avatar that will join Them’s Fightin’ Herds Battle Pass. This Battle Pass, which comes at the cost of $19.99, will also include two other new characters that will be released throughout the duration of 2023. In addition, the Battle Pass includes a Palette Pack and a Lobby Fashion Pack.

Stronghoof is slated to be released alongside his stage and lobby avatar this Spring. He will also be available as a standalone character at the cost of $4.99. Keep in mind that the bonus content isn’t included with the standalone fighters. Them’s Fightin’ Herds is available now on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store.
