The new Colorful EVOL X16 PRO gaming laptop also offers 16 GB of DDR5 memory with bandwidth speeds of 4800 MHz. Users can expand their memory from 16 GB to 64 GB. Internal storage in the Colorful EVOL X16 PRO is 512 GB NVME SSD with an additional M.2 slot for those looking to expand the storage in the gaming laptop. High-speed data transfers are seamless with the USB-C Thunderbolt 4 port and the option for connections to other devices. Gamers can expect the EVOL X16 PRO to offer a 2.5 GbE LAN port for wired connectivity for fast speeds or Wi-Fi 6E + Bluetooth for quick wireless solutions.

Colorful designed the EVOL X16 PRO to give users the best experience in gaming on the go or at home with the latest Intel 13th Gen “Raptor Lake” i7-13700H CPU that offers fourteen cores, which translates to six performance cores and eight efficient cores across twenty threads and provides a max boost (turbo) frequency of 5.0 GHz. NVIDIA offers its GeForce RTX 4060 mobile graphics supporting ray tracing (RT) and support for DLSS 3. The keyboard is RGB backlit, and users can expect audio to sound incredibly immersive thanks to Sound Blaster Cinema 6+ audio. Users can control the RGB lighting on the keyboard with Colorful’s iGame Center application.
The new Colorful EVOL X16 PRO is slim for easy transporting anywhere needed with its aluminum alloy casing that measures only 19.9 mm in thickness. The aluminum alloy chassis ensures a durable case for extended lifespans.
Users can also expect the Colorful EVOL X16 PRO to remain cool thanks to the advanced thermal construction that supports multi-zone cooling with its two cooling fans and vapor chamber cooling technology. Colorful’s EVOL X16 PRO includes a “One-Key Cooling Mode,” allowing users to change the level of cooling performance. Colorful offers four cooling modes on the new EVOL X16 PRO gaming laptop, including “manual, full speed, or automatic.”
The company anticipates offering even higher specifications on future models later this year that will provide the 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900H processor and the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 laptop GPU. Additionally, the company will release a lower-specification model equipped with the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 mobile graphics.
