Elden Ring First Person Souls Is A Full Game Conversion Bringing Proper First-Person Gameplay

Many impressive mods have been developed for Elden Ring since the latest game by FromSoftware was released last year, but none have been as comprehensive as First Person Souls, a total game conversion that brings proper first-person gameplay with plenty of tweaks.

The mod, which can be downloaded right now from Nexus Mods, doesn’t just slap a first-person camera mode to the game but also features a lot of tweaks that enhance the first-person experience, such as custom HUD elements like attack indicators, aim assist Indicator, and crosshair, animation head tracking, changes to player’s movement. The mod is also designed for maximum compatibility and should work flawlessly with other popular mods.

While modders have been making some incredible additions to the game, FromSoftware hasn’t been idle since releasing Elden Ring, as the developer released multiple updates for the game, some of them introducing new content and features such as the Colosseums and ray tracing support. Both of these additions, however, leave something to be desired, so hopefully, whatever the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion will bring will be way more substantial.

Elden Ring is now available on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and Xbox One worldwide. The Shadow of the Erdtree expansion will launch on a yet-to-be-determined release date. You can learn more about the game by checking out my review.
