Fox News host Maria Bartiromo accused the Biden administration of “drumming up the drama” on the Russian civil war story over the weekend, surmising they were using it as cover for the bombshell news that Hunter Biden threatened a foreign national while his father was “sitting” in the room.
Bartiromo made the charge while joining Fox & Friends Sunday.
“I know that the State Department and the White House would like everybody to move the Hunter Biden story off of the front page and start talking about all the drama in Russia over the weekend,” Bartiromo said.
“We’re not going to do that on Sunday Morning Futures,” she continued, referencing her own show. “The biggest story of the week was that WhatsApp message from Hunter Biden, and he is basically doing a shakedown that you would expect in a Francis Ford Coppola Godfather movie.”
Bartiromo Accuses White House Of ‘Drumming Up’ Russian Civil War Story
Bartiromo suggested that the White House wanted the media to cover something other than Hunter and they dutifully responded by focusing on the Russian “civil war” that was over as quickly as it had begun.
“This is exactly the way they do things,” she asserted.
“On Friday I said ‘Wow, what a blockbuster WhatsApp message,’” Bartiromo explained. “I’m sure there will be an enormous story over the weekend that the White House is gonna be pushing to take this story off the front page.’”
“And sure enough, we’ve got the State Department drumming up the drama that took place over the weekend in Russia,” she continued. “So I don’t know if it’s going to break through. The mainstream media has an excuse again not to cover it.”
According to Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo, both the Biden administration and mainstream media are working to distract from the Hunter Biden story by “drumming up the drama” happening in Russia by using some kind of wag the dog strategy. https://t.co/nuRR1zC2Yk

For those who may have blinked over the weekend, Russia managed to repel Wagner Group mercenaries who had marched toward Moscow and “captured” cities along the way.
CNN describes the uprising as so serious that Russian President Vladimir Putin was “on the back foot for a day and half.”
That is, until a “sudden deal seemed to defuse the crisis as rapidly as it had emerged.”
And *poof* it was over with.
“They’re covering everything about Russia and the Wagner Group as if it really matters to the U.S. right now,” Bartiromo said.
All so they won’t cover Hunter Biden.
The coup that went coo-coo. How soon before it’s a mini-series on the nut-job network?

Media Also Focused On Titanic Submarine Story Over Hunter Biden
Bartiromo’s accusations come as news of bombshell testimony from an IRS whistleblower revealed a WhatsApp message from Hunter threatening a foreign national and using his father’s name as leverage.
In fact, the alleged message shows Hunter stating that President Joe Biden is in the same room with him as he is discussing the matter.
“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled,” Hunter told a Chinese businessman.
“Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight,” he continued. “And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.”
Their warnings fell on deaf ears.
In August 2020, a search warrant uncovered a text between Hunter and Henry Zhao, an executive at a Chinese company that paid Hunter $100,000.
The text mentioned Joe Biden repeatedly.

Extortion, plain and simple.
The New York Post reports that the negotiation between Hunter and the recipient of the message involved a six-figure business deal.
The Russian civil war story also comes around the time the President’s son accepted a sweetheart plea deal for tax crimes and an illegal gun purchase in which he will likely serve no prison time.
Critics have suggested the plea deal was an example of a two-tiered justice system in America for Democrats and Republicans.
Last week, New York Post reporter Miranda Devine accused the administration of using the Titanic submarine tragedy to distract from Hunter after it was learned the Navy heard an implosion shortly after the vehicle submerged, but a search and rescue kept on for days regardless.
The Biden administration knew the Titan submarine imploded Sunday. But waited until today to make it public. Convenient smokescreen for today’s House Ways & Means release of IRS whistleblower testimony of DOJ sabotage of the Hunter Biden investigation. https://t.co/RtRcCihIZT

The legacy media is certainly talking about a lot of things while the Hunter Biden scandals get buried. It’s reminiscent of the 2020 election when they interfered and diverted attention away to help defeat Donald Trump.
Now is the time to support and share the sources you trust.
