Meme warrior Douglass Mackey, AKA, Ricky Vaughn, was sentenced to 7 months in prison in October for trolling Hillary Clinton during the 2016 election. He was facing a maximum of 10 years in prison for speech crimes.
Mackey was indicted in January 2021 by the feds for using the social media platform to ‘spread election disinformation’ by sharing a humourous meme telling Hillary voters to text in their vote on the Wednesday after the election.
Although it was obviously a joke, Marxists have no sense of humor and he was found guilty.

Democrat activist Kristina Wong posted the exact same meme online on election Day in 2016. She was even wearing a MAGA hat and included Trump signs in her post.

Kristina does not have to worry about the federal government coming after her. She’s a Democrat. The two-tiered justice system only indicts Trump supporters for jokes.
Although Mackey was indicted and convicted, in December of 2023, a federal judge stayed Mackey’s 7-month prison sentence.
Following the 2024 election, Mackey took to X to name some of the “Deep State” operatives he would like to see on the chopping block when the Trump administration officially takes over.
Mackey wrote, “I will drop the first Deep State name that must be purged: WILLIAM SWEENEY, James Comey’s henchman and the man in charge of the FBI’s New York Field Office. This man was in charge of the Witch Hunt against Trump supporters in New York City.”

In a subsequent post, Mackey called out a second person.

“To add insult to injury, DuCharme also assaulted the principle of anonymous speech, which is as American as apple pie, stating in a congratulatory DOJ press release that ‘With Mackey’s arrest, we serve notice that those who would subvert the democratic process in this manner cannot rely on the cloak of Internet anonymity to evade responsibility for their crimes.
