Police in Madison, Wisconsin, responded Monday morning to a shooting at a private k-12 school, Abundant Life Christian School, which left multiple injuries.
The shooting began just before 11 am, according to the New York Post.
This is the second shooting at a Christian school this month. As The Gateway Pundit reported, two California boys were in critical condition after they were shot by a maniac at the Feather River School of Seventh-Day Adventists in Palermo, California less than two weeks ago.
Little is still known about the incident, but the shooter is down, according to early reports.
Police described the situation as “an active and ongoing investigation” in a statement. “More information will be released as it is available. We currently need people to avoid the area.”

The shooter is “down,” according to Madison police.
Students from kindergarten through 12th grade attend the school.
Footage near the scene shows street closures as ambulances and police respond to the scene.
