Trudeau on the Brink of Losing Power After NDP Moves to Call a No-Confidence Vote, Bring down His Minority Liberal Government and Trigger Early Election

Globalist poster-boy, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is once again in troubled waters, and will have to rely on his considerable political survival skills yet again.

He looks primed to lose power early next year, after a key semi-ally, New Democratic Party (NDP) leader Jagmeet Singh, said he will bring down the minority Liberal government and trigger an early election.

The NDP has been the life-line keeping Trudeau in office, but now Singh has vowed to present a motion of no-confidence in January.

Reuters reported:

“If all the opposition parties back the motion, Trudeau will be out of office after more than nine years as prime minister and an election will take place.”

All the polls show Liberals getting obliterated by the Conservative Party.

“The New Democrats, who like the Liberals aim to attract the support of center-left voters, complain Trudeau is too beholden to big business.

‘No matter who is leading the Liberal Party, this government’s time is up. We will put forward a clear motion of non-confidence in the next sitting of the House of Commons’, said Singh.”

Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre: “We cannot have a chaotic clown show running our government into the ground. What is clear is that Justin Trudeau does not have the confidence of Parliament.”

Trudeau’s office has canceled traditional end-of-year interviews, as the PM will take the Christmas break ‘to ponder his future’.

“So far around 20 Liberal legislators are openly calling for Trudeau to step down but his cabinet has stayed loyal.”

U.S. President-elect Donald J. Trump has vowed to impose a 25% tariff on all imports from Canada.
