PlayStation Productions, Sony’s division created in May 2019 specifically to adapt PlayStation IPs to film and TV formats, has made a slew of announcements today. As you probably remember, Guerrilla’s Horizon franchise was supposed to be turned into a TV series to be streamed on Netflix. That project turned into dust following the scandal that involved the showrunner, but Horizon fans can rest assured that PlayStation Productions has now partnered with Columbia Pictures to work on a film adaptation instead.
