Pop star Selena Gomez is among the long list of Hollywood celebrities having a hard time of it recently.

In a viral Instagram post that she has since deleted, Gomez cried into the camera as she expressed her dismay at Donald Trump’s policy of deporting illegal aliens from the United States.

“I just want to say that I’m so sorry,” she sobbed.

“All my people are getting attacked, the children. I don’t understand.”

“I’m so sorry. I wish I could do something, but I can’t,” she continued. “I don’t know what to do. “I’ll try everything, I promise.”

As you can see, it was truly heartbreaking stuff, even though her sob story did not mention the fact that Trump and his border tzar Tom Homan are currently focusing on active criminals before moving on to the wider illegal population.

However, many social media users have pointed out there there is something Gomez can do to help these people who entered the country illegally.

Gomez is the owner of a multi-million dollar property portfolio.

And unfortunately for her, many property enthusiasts have taken notice.

In this 2022 article from Love Property, Gomez is listed as owning properties across the country.

This portfolio includes, but is not necessarily limited to, a $5 million dollar mansion in Encino, California, complete with a pool, spa and private recording studio.

She is also the owner of other luxury properties in Calabasas, Tarzana and Fort Worth, Texas.

In 2018, she even welcomed Vogue cameras into one of her stunning properties in a video that has racked up over 42 million views.

Meanwhile, it was recently reported that Gomez’s commercial successes had led to her net worth ballooning to over $1 billion, well beyond what even the top Hollywood celebrities have stashed away.
