The duo, who recently celebrated their one-year anniversary, shared the exciting news exclusively with Stellar magazine, revealing it happened during their recent holiday in south Italy.Nicholson, 32, who was the leading man on the 2021 season of the Ten dating show, said he got down on one knee at their beachfront hotel in Sorrento.Nicholson shared he bought it from Sydney’s Cerrone jewellers, with Kingston sharing an up close shot of the almond-shaped sparkler on Instagram.She captioned the photos, which included shots of the surprise proposal, with, “FOREVER”.The couple have been enjoying a weeks-long trip in Europe, with Nicholson saying he planned the special moment six months ago.“I went in [to the jeweller] with my sister, I had a mask, sunnies and a hat on,” Nicholson told the publication of his attempt to go incognito at the store. “They opened the store up early for us. I just didn’t want to risk anyone leaking [the proposal plans] or anything.”Nicholson chose Kingston, 28, over runner-up Brooke Cleal at the final rose ceremony, which aired in September.The pair moved in together in Sydney’s east shortly after filming wrapped on The Bachelor mid-last year, and have been going strong ever since.The loved-up duo have already managed to travel all over the world together thanks to their online series 100 Honeymoons which has seen them holiday in Fiji, Hawaii, Europe and across Australia.And now, they’re ready for marriage – hopefully next year – and of course, babies.“I’m 33 in a couple of months.
