EXCLUSIVE: Pinal County Sample Ballot Lists Republican AZ State Senate Candidate Gary Snyder With The WRONG Party – Same County That Ran Out Of Republican Ballots During Primary Election

Gary Snyder

Arizona State Senate candidate Gary Snyder received a sample ballot from the Pinal County Elections Department on Monday, where he was incorrectly labeled on the ballot as a Democrat.

Snyder is a registered Republican voter who won the Republican Primary Election to qualify for the General Election ballot.

Snyder is running in LD23, which covers the City of San Luis in Yuma County and stretches into a small section of Pinal County.

Snyder told The Gateway Pundit that he has never registered Democrat in his life. Therefore, it is completely unclear how they could have done this by mistake.

They are not following basic checks and procedures in Pinal County.

In fact, this is the same County that ran out of ballots on voting day for the Primary election, causing voters to be turned away from the polls. This did not happen to the Democrats.

Before the Primary Election on August 2nd, the elections department also sent 63,000 incorrect ballots to Pinal County voters.

These people are too incompetent to handle our votes!

Pinal County later released a statement announcing that David Frisk, the Elections Director who oversaw the Primary Election disasters in Pinal County, is no longer employed. County Recorder Virginia Ross then resigned from her office to be appointed to the role of Elections Director.

Officials from Pinal County also blamed Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who was at her election watch party instead of doing her job, for the massive error in their Primary Election.

On Monday, the Pinal County Elections Department sent General Election ballot proofs to candidates with samples of how their names will appear on the ballot this November.

The new Elections Director, Virginia Ross, also sent a letter, putting her stamp of approval on the terribly inaccurate ballot proof. She informed Snyder that he must notify the department of a change in writing by Wednesday, September 7.

Gary Snyder notified them of the error, and the correction has been made, but how did this happen in the first place?

Snyder shared a draft email that he plans to send to Pinal County, criticizing the County’s failure to follow its procedures and ensure that everything was accurate before sending.

Dear Virgina Ross ,
Pinal County Elections Recorder

I know currently all positions are at a very stressful time, especially with the General Election coming up. I was sent a PDF Example of General Ballot to verify the spelling to approve.

I approve the Spelling which will reflect my name and position on ballot . Unfortunately, I have to Highly Disapprove the changing of my party which Im wondering how that happened, and also how did it go through everyone’s in-house check points before sending to a candidate?

Let me be honest, this should never of happened if the staff and regulations procedures would have been followed and validated for red flags and corrected before sent out to candidates.

All we ask is to believe in our Voting system and people that run it. We are human and make mistakes.

That’s why we have procedures and protocols to make sure this wouldnt have never been sent out until corrected before .

Thank you ,

We have not heard any election concerns or complaints from the Democrats.

Why does this only happen to Republicans?
