Memphis police have issued a warning to residents about a 19-year-old Black man driving around the city shooting at people while livestreaming the shooting spree on Facebook. The city is urging people to stay home.
Local news reports at least one person killed and one wounded.
A video clip was posted of one of the shootings.

Police are also calling on people to stay off the streets, “UPDATE: the suspect is still at large. If you do not have to be out, stay indoors until this is resolved.”

The video clip posted by rteaking 911 shows the shooter opening the door of a store and opening fire on a customer.

WHBQ-TV reported on shooting victims:
“At least two shootings had been reported in Memphis as of 7 p.m., a deadly shooting at a BP gas station on South Parkway and a woman who was critically injured after being shot on Norris Road near I-240.”
