It’s been a historic year for the St. Louis Cardinals. 

Commentator Greg Amsinger predicted in April that Albert Pujols would hit his 700th homer in Los Angeles on a Friday night in September.

Pujols played for years in St. Louis with MLB’s longest starters as a battery with 325 starts and counting. This has been a historic year for the Cardinals.
