People enjoy makeover shows because it’s cathartic to watch stylish experts give nice people nice things, but the new trailer for Netflix’s Say I Do raises the stakes for the entire makeover genre. In Say I Do, a stylist, a chef, and an interior designer will help one half of a couple plan a surprise proposal for their significant other, as well as a surprise wedding that very same week.
The trailer is full of classic wedding show moments, including professions of love, the opening of a velvet ring box, and dress fittings, so anyone who misses Say Yes To The Dress or Four Weddings will have a lot to hang on to.
