The House reconvened on Friday as the speaker election continued after McCarthy lost 11 ballots in a row.

The vote came after Rep. McCarthy made several concessions with the 21 holdouts in a meeting on Thursday night.

Here are the 20 holdouts.

14 HOLDOUTS Folded and Voted for McCarthy today in the first vote. Including Rep. Martz who voted present on several votes.

Rep. Andy Biggs released a video on Friday afternoon.

Biggs announced he will be not switch his vote for Kevin McCarthy.

Andy Biggs: I’m still holding the line. If we can’t make a change when there is an opportunity to do it, then when can we? I’m not going to participate in the continuation of the Uniparty. Neither should our constituents.
