Hunter Biden’s Attorneys Argue Photo Used By Prosecutors As Evidence Of Drug Use Was Sawdust, Not Cocaine

The legal team representing Hunter Biden claims that a photo on his phone, which was previously thought to depict cocaine, actually shows sawdust.

The photo in question was included in a Special Counsel Filing last week and used as evidence to support claims that Biden was addicted to drugs despite attesting that he was not on a Firearms Transaction Record in 2018.

President Joe Biden’s son was indicted on three felony charges for falsifying information on a background check to purchase a firearm.

Hunter’s lawyers argued in a Delaware federal court filing that prosecutors wildly misconstrued one piece of evidence – a photo taken in the office of Biden’s then-psychiatrist, Dr. Keith Ablow.

Ablow, they said, had sent the image to his patient to show “lines of sawdust sent to me by a master carpenter who was a coke addict” in an effort “to convey that Mr. Biden, too, could overcome any addiction.”

The image in question does, in fact, appear to be sawdust.

“Mistaking sawdust for cocaine sounds more like a storyline from one of the 1980s Police Academy comedies than what should be expected in a high-profile prosecution by the U.S. Department of Justice,” Hunter Biden’s lawyers contend.

The court filing by prosecutors does seem to suggest that they made a mistake, including the image among several that they say show “apparent cocaine, crack cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.”

While obviously quite embarrassing on the part of special counsel David Weiss, Hunter’s lawyers make no such defense regarding the other images which quite clearly show crack cocaine.

“Our motions expose the special counsel has gone to extreme lengths to bring charges against Mr. Biden that would not have been filed against anyone else,” Abbe Lowell, one of Hunter’s attorneys said in a statement.

“It is time to hold the special counsel accountable and dismiss these improper charges,” she added.

So, when Hunter went to all of those 500 inpatient rehabs, was he testing positive for sawdust?

Yeah, because I heard that “happens” 🤔

He DID Smoke Parmesan Cheese

Is this a case of the prosecutors knowing that Hunter’s drug use was so extensive that even an image of sawdust lines, on a table saw, seemed like a logical assumption that it was cocaine?

The conspiracy theorist in me wonders why the special counsel included it as evidence. It’s the kind of gaffe that can get a case dismissed, just as Hunter’s team is hoping.

Then again, their client did admit to having smoked parmesan cheese before. There’s a pretty decent chance that when Ablow sent him the sawdust photo, he started salivating.

“I probably smoked more Parmesan cheese than anyone… anyone that you know Tracy.”

Weiss stated in his court filing that “investigators literally found drugs on the pouch where the defendant had kept his gun,” and Hunter’s own 2021 memoir “Beautiful Things” had “made countless incriminating statements about his years-long drug usage.”

Weiss also stated his office had shared more than 1 million pages of documents across two federal indictments – one indicating that he made false statements on the gun form and another that he evaded $1.4 million in tax payments.

Biden was discharged from the Navy Reserve after failing a cocaine test and has an open and well-documented history of drug use, videos of which showed up on his much-maligned laptop.
