FF7 Rebirth sales in the US on PlayStation 5 are lower than those of Final Fantasy XVI in the same time period. That’s what Circana analyst Mat Piscatella told GameFile’s Stephen Totilo. Interestingly, although the second part in the Final Fantasy VII Remake trilogy is currently the fourth best-selling title in the US this year, Rebirth currently only ranks 14th in lifetime sales for all Final Fantasy games in the US.
