Carriers in India are ready to launch their 5G networks, though they are holding off until the government auctions off better spectrum. Realme is determined to have a 5G-capable phone in the hands of many before that even happens.
“Realme aims to be the 5G populariser in India, in Europe and other global markets,” CEO Madhav Sheth told The Indian Experss. For the Indian market specifically, half of the new models unveiled in 2021 will be 5G-enabled.
