The Senate on Wednesday voted along party line 53-47 to invoke cloture on Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s HHS nomination.

The final Senate floor vote to confirm RFK Jr. will be held 30 hours later on Thursday morning unless Democrat Senators give back their time.

Earlier this week it was reported that GOP Senator Susan Collins, a key ‘swing vote,’ will support RFK Jr. and vote to confirm him as Trump’s Health and Human Services Secretary.

Last week, the Senate Finance Committee voted 14-13 to advance RFK Jr.’s nomination to a full Senate floor vote.

Susan Collins, the RINO who voted against President Trump’s other cabinet nominees, such as Pete Hegseth, told CNN she would vote ‘yes’ to confirm RFK Jr.

RFK Jr. appeared before two Senate Committees last month during the confirmation process.

The confirmation hearings devolved into chaos as Democrat Senators showboated and asked RFK Jr. ridiculous questions.

RFK Jr. did a great job defending himself as Democrats attacked him on his past statements on vaccines.
