A terrifying scene has unfolded in a small city in Pennsylvania with multiple casualties.

WGAL reported that multiple medics and ambulances have rushed to scene of a plane crash in Manheim township, town of approximately 5,000 people , which is located in Lancaster County.

The crash reportedly happened between Fairview Drive and Meadowview Court. Manheim Borough Police Department told ABC News that this is near a retirement village south of Lancaster Airport.

Multiple injuries have been reported, though, the exact condition of the victims is unknown at this point. Five people were aboard the aircraft.

The plane is a Beech A36TC (N347M), and quickly went down after takeoff at around 3 p.m. ET.

Audio has also been released revealing the final moments before the crash. The pilot can be heard telling the Lancaster Airport control tower that his plane “has an open door we need to return for landing.”

Air Traffic Control (ATC) tells the pilot to “pull up” right before impact.
