The White Lotus resort has become The Wild Lotus resort, with an explicit scene airing in the closing seconds of this week’s episode.Viewers are exposed to an unforgiving, fully lit nude scene with Murray Bartlett’s character Armond engaging in a sex act with a fellow male employee in the latest episode of the six-part series, which is now streaming on Foxtel.But first we kick off with Paula (Brittany O’Grady) and her secret love affair with a hotel employee, Kai, which she is hiding from her best friend Olivia Mossbacher (Sydney Sweeney). They are unaware Olivia witnessed them in the throes of passion the night before.Quick recap: Paula is travelling with the Mossbacher family and it’s becoming increasingly evident she is feeling disillusioned by their out of touch lifestyle.She tells Kai why she doesn’t want to tell Olivia about them hooking up. “Yeah we’re friends – as long as she has more of everything than I do. It’s perfect timing for Olivia and Paula to bail him up about their drug-filled backpack, which Armond held in his possession after it was handed into lost and found. On his way to fetch the bag and reaffirm his sobriety, he’s bailed up by his arch enemy Shane Patton (Jake Lacy), who is furious that Armond foiled his romantic date night with wife Rachel (Alexandra Daddario) by sneakily putting them on a charter boat with Tanya as she planned to spread her mother’s ashes over the ocean in episode three.“You put us on a boat with a crazy lady whose having some kind of memorial service. You knew! You knew she was out there to spread her dead mother’s ashes on the god damn ocean.
