The romance revved up recently in New York according to anonymous US Instagram gossip page Deux Moi.The loved-up pair were reportedly spied at the Crosby Hotel, at hotspot Ruby’s and shopping in Soho this week.Perth born Ricciardo keeps his personal life under wraps but the tip off also claimed the pair were dating as far back as 2019.Berger, 24, is the daughter of former F1 driver Gerhard Berger, and is a student at New York University.The source also said that the pair celebrated Riccardo’s 32nd birthday in July together in Austria.Prior to that Ricciardo was partying on a luxury yacht in the Spanish island of Formentera in the Mediterranean.Several followers backed up the rumours with a comment that they were ‘stumbling’ back into the Crosby Hotel.They were also seen together in a video riding in a helicopter in St Tropez back in June.Berger is also believed to have been in an Instagram post in LA in which an emoji covered a woman’s face and which was shared by Ricciardo.He has also previously been linked to Perth-raised model Jessica Gomes; his last public relationship being with Jemma Boskovich before they split in 2016. The McLaren driver is currently in Texas for Monday’s Formula One’s United States Grand Prix, where Berger has also been spotted with him. He finished fifth behind winner Max Verstappen.On Sunday he thrilled fans and got to live out a childhood dream ahead of qualifying when he hopped behind the wheel of an iconic Nascar touring car.He took to the Circuit of the Americas track in Dale Earnhardt Sr’s 1984 Chevrolet Monte Carlo just minutes before the final practice session.
